Try rebooting the touchscreen using these steps: Go to settings Enter “Master Code” (not your user code) Go to Advanced Settings>Reboot Touchscreen Reboot the touchscreen again. Enter “Master Code” again
Some jurisdictions do have False Alarm Ordinances. Charges for False Alarms vary between jurisdictions.
