Federal and state lawmakers believe that every person in the United States should have access to quality, affordable telecommunications service. If you participate in certain social programs, you may qualify for a discount on your local telephone bill or broadband bill, depending upon the speed.  This low-income support system is called the Lifeline Program.

Eligibility for the Lifeline Program is determined by certain federal and state guidelines. To find out more about whether you qualify, you may click here or contact your local Comporium office at 1-888-403-2667.

For additional information regarding the Lifeline Program, you may also visit the Universal Service Administration Company (USAC) website at www.lifelinesupport.org.
